Institute of Management Sciences Jammu (IMS Jammu) is part of the Jamwal Group of Educational Institutions (JGEI), established in 1997. IMS Jammu courses include two undergraduate programmes namely BBA and BCA and one postgraduate programme namely MBA . IMS Jammu MBA programme is approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education).
Institute of Management Sciences Jammu admissions for the undergraduate courses are done based on merit in the qualifying exam. The PG admissions are done based on CAT/ MAT exams for MBA programmes. Aspiring candidates must make sure to fulfil the IMS Jammu eligibility criteria before applying to the institute.
All the courses at IMS Jammu have been affiliated with the University of Jammu and the UG programmes are recognised by J&K Government. The college is situated at a distance of around 13 km from the Jammu Tawi railway station and 8 km from the City Bus Stand along Akhnoor Road. The nearest airport is Jammu Airport, which is approximately 11 km away.
