International Maritime Academy Chennai scholarship eligibility for the ST students under the programme depends on whether they have been admitted to the designated institutions in accordance with the requirements set forth by those institutions. The candidate earnings should not be more than Rs. 4. 50 lakh annually from all sources in order to qualify for this award.
As soon as a student is admitted and enrolled in classes, the IMA Chennai scholarship will be paid out. If the student performs satisfactorily, the scholarship will be granted till the course is finished.
