Iqbal Institute of Technology and Management (IITM) was founded in 2006 and is a leading institute in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. This male and female college is one of the AICTE affiliated institutes and NAAC accredited institutes of India. IITM is a private institution occupying only 1. 72 acres of land and provides its 125 participants with numerous opportunities to get education.
It has 19 members in the faculty strength, which further gives the ideal student-teacher ratio. IITM offered presently has four courses of study in different disciplines at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

As for students’ physical conditions, athletic amenities in IITM are available so as to ensure moderation in students’ learning. The institute also has departmental laboratories for students essential in the development of practical knowledge in technical education. In maintaining its IT facilities and other facilities, IITM enables the students to advance in their knowledge of technology education.
In addition, the campus includes an auditorium where different events and seminars can be organised, a cafeteria where students can have a snack and a health centre with first aid facilities to make learning students comfortable. There are four full-time programmes available at IITM overall, so the Institute offers full-time courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
The courses offered at the institutes are BCA , BBA, MBA and MCA as the institute is offering computer applications in addition to business studies. These programmes are therefore developed to enhance and prepare students with the required skills and knowledge that match the market demands. The process of admission in IITM differs from course to course and also from one class to another class.
For postgraduate programmes like MBA, eligible candidates are given based on their performance in CMAT (Common Management Admission Test), and the final list is prepared by the Kashmir University.
