Jaipur Physiotherapy College (JPTC), which came into existence in the year 2005 is one of the best colleges in the field of physiotherapy in jaipur (Rajasthan). As an affiliated college, it has a plethora of niche professional courses in physiotherapy for prospective healthcare professionals. Located on a one-acre piece of land, JPTC offers adequate training for the 160 enrolled students.

This college has a faculty of 19 people who are highly qualified and experienced, thus providing good returns on their services. Currently JPTC teaches 9 courses in three different levels of degrees: bachelor's, master's and doctoral levels, focusing on different aspects of physiotherapy. Jaipur Physiotherapy College is affiliated with Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUSH), Jaipur .

Much effort has been made to ensure that the college avails modern learning facilities for the betterment of the students. JPTC provides state-of-the-art laboratories for each of the physiotherapy specialities, training our students to provide practical sessions in their area of specialisation. The college library is a resource centre providing all varieties of materials for educational purposes in the college.

In the pursuit of the students’ comprehensive developments, JPTC has available sports grounds and a gymnasium where students can carry out their exercise routines during their studies. The campus also has an arrangement for an auditorium to hold academic performances, seminars, and other cultural activities. For the overall health of their students, the college has a health centre equipped with first aid.

Further, JPTC has gender-sensitive hostels for its students, which are entrepreneurial in their design and offer that home away from home for any student opting to stay in the hostels. This variety of courses is possible because physiotherapy is a complex profession; JPTC’s academic programmes are also extensive and varied. There are nine courses offered at the college, and all are full-time programmes.

They include Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) for the basic degree, Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) for the post-basic degree and Doctor of Philosophy in Physiotherapy (PHD) for postgraduate with research interest. The MPT specialities include Neuroscience ; Cardiopulmonary; Pediatrics ; Obstetrics and Gynecology; Gerontology and Community ; Orthopaedics and Sports ; and Musculoskeletal Disorders/Sports.

This variety can enable students to pick a unique area of knowledge within the subject area of physiotherapy. Like most institutions, Jaipur Physiotherapy College has laid down certain admission procedures that would enable the college to select fine students to fill its programmes.
