Jan Nayak Ch. Devi Lal Memorial College of Engineering, Sirsa was established in the year 2003. It is one of the premier colleges of Haryana, India. This is an affiliated college approved by AICTE and has a wide diversity of engineering programmes under its umbrella. The campus is spread over 180 acres with a student enrollment of 389 accompanied by 33 full-time faculty members.

It seeks to provide a holistic learning environment to its learners; the facilities include well-equipped laboratories, a modern library of more than 20,000 technical books, and the latest IT infrastructure. A separate campus for boys and girls provides safety and comfort to students coming from diversified backgrounds.

GATE score is also considered for admitting students to the M. Tech programme by the college.
