Janhit Law Institute was established in the year 2014 as an affiliated college to Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The campus area is small and is only about 1. 6549 acres. It completely devotes itself to the cause of legal education. This institute has been sanctioned by the Bar Council of India, or BCI, to which it is affiliated; thus, bringing the student's career in line with national standards with regard to the law.

The different facilities for the students enable them to enhance their learning skills. This includes a well-equipped library having legal resources; a moot court for practical training in law; and modern IT infrastructure that enables digital learning. Janhit Law Institute also consists of sports facilities and an auditorium for events and seminars.
