Jijamata College of Science and Arts, Bhende, was founded in 1992 as an affiliated college at Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. The institution holds the granted NAAC Accreditation of 'A' grade and offers a wide spectrum of programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Jijamata College is established in a huge 40 acres of campus with a total student enrolment number to 1,512 alongside the faculty strength of 40.

Jijamata College of Science and Arts has all facilities necessary to provide an atmosphere for personal and academic growth. There is a hostel on the campus for both boys and girls, with a capacity of 80 and 100 students, respectively.
