Jindal Institute of Education located Meerut was founded in 2010 and is affiliated college in Uttar Pradesh India. This co-educational institution is located in a small piece of land of 0. 6301 acres and aims at offering quality teacher education. It has been approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) which makes the institute follow national norms for training teachers.

The institute offers faculty strength of 16 and total number of students enrol is 124 and hence it provides niche environment to the students aspiring to become a teacher. The institute has number of amenities that is developed to complement the students educational process. Jindal Institute of Education has library which stock with all relevant information and materials that are relevant to enhance teacher training.

There are departmental laboratories in the campus to enable students to acquire the practical aspect of their discipline. For the physical growth of the students, the institute has sports field and gym facility available for the students to encourage Scholar Athletes. An auditorium accommodates numerous functions and seminars to create active student life on the campus.

Regarding the modern educational requirements, the Jindal Institute of Education has also provided itself with a highly developed IT equipment, so that students would be familiar with the technology-supported approaches to teaching. Currently, Jindal Institute of Education offers one primary course: the Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) programme.

This is a two-year full time course established to train potential teachers with an approved capacity of one hundred students. In fact, B. What comes as a surprise is that 50% of the total are still reserved for management quota for direct admission to the institute.
