The students at JNTUH College of Engineering, Manthani get an opportunity to avail various scholarships. JNTUHCEM Manthani scholarships are provided in order to motivate its students to perform exceptionally well in academics, provides them with the University Gold Medals. The students have to meet certain specified eligibility criteria in order to avail the JNTUHCEM Manthani scholarships.
Students apply for three JNTUHCEM Manthani scholarships namely, AICTE- Saksham Scholarship Scheme for Specially-Abled Students, AICTE Swanath Scholarship Scheme for JNTUHCEM Manthani students and Pragati Scholarship for girls students. Students of all the branches of the B. Tech programme which is offered by JNTUH College of Engineering are eligible for the award.
JNTUH College of Engineering Admissions JNTUH College of Engineering Scholarships The students of JNTUHCEM Manthani can avail the following scholarships. The amount of the scholarships along with the eligibility criteria is as follows: Scholarship Name Amount Eligibility Criteria Pragati Scholarship for Girls Students Tuition Fee of Rs. 30000 or at actual fees, whichever is less and Rs.
2000 per month for 10 months as incidentals each year. 1st year Girl Student of the Technical Degree/ Diploma programme at JNTUH College of Engineering, Manthani during the current academic year through the centralised admission process of the State or the Central Government.
This scholarship is available for one Girl per family and it can be extended for two girl children per family if the family income is less than Rs. 8 LPA. AICTE- Saksham Scholarship Scheme for Specially- Abled Students A Lump sum amount of Rs.
50,000 per annum for every year of study which is of maximum 4 years for first year admitted students and maximum 3 years for second year students who are admitted through lateral entry. Specially- Abled Students who are pursuing Technical education and are admitted in the first year or second year (through lateral entry in the respective year) of the degree course and whose disability is more than 40%.
Further, the family income from all the sources should not be more than Rs. 8 LPA during the current financial year. AICTE Swanath Scholarship Scheme for Students A lump sum amount of Rs. 50,000 per annum for every year of the study which is maximum 4 years for first year degree students and maximum 3 years for diploma students.
Students who are orphans, wards of parents who died due to Covid-19, wards of Armed Forces and Central Paramilitary Forces martyred in action to pursue education and whose family income from all the sources is less than Rs. 8 LPA during the financial year in which the application is made.
