JRSET College of Law, Chakdaha, came into existence in 2003 as a private affiliated college in Uttar Panchpota, Chakdaha, Nadia, West Bengal. This institution is approved by the Bar Council of India and is recognised for conducting legal education. The JRSET College of Law has its campus spread over 10 acres and offers two full-time law courses.
The college strives to provide a learning atmosphere that would enrich the student completely. The library of the institute is professionally managed and well-equipped and has been developed in quite a short period of time. The library also subscribes to many law journals, thereby providing ample legal resources for the students.
JRSET College of Law is also equipped with a moot court facility, which is an integral part of legal education. The Moot Court Society conducts competitions and clinical education programmes whereby students are enabled to face real legal situations. Moreover, the college arranges visits to the Supreme Court, several High Courts, and other courts, enabling the students to have practical knowledge about the courts.
