Jupiter College of Education, Una, is one of the most popular teacher training colleges situated at Una, Himachal Pradesh, India, established in the year 2008 . The college is located in the beautiful town of Una and provides proper education in the teaching stream.

As an affiliated university college, it comes under the umbrella of a parent university; hence, it is in a position to practise more credibly since the university emphasises standard practices in most of its activities. Jupiter College of Education has all the modern infrastructural facilities on its campus for developing the students’ personalities.

The college has a well-equipped playground that is sufficiently large, accommodating early years play as well as students doing their volleyballand badminton activities and physical exercises, as well as athletic events, among others. Jupiter College of Education currently offers one main course: primarily the Bachelor of Education ( B. Ed ) programme. This is a two-year full-time course that aims at producing qualified teachers who will effectively practice in their line.

The college has a capacity to admit one hundred students for this programme which they have already approved, hence they have the capacity to offer quality education to many students who wish to be teachers. The admission to Jupiter College of Education depends on the merit of the qualifying marks gotten either in the qualifying examination or the entrance examination.

Admission policy is implemented in the college based on the directions issued by the State Government/ Union Territory Administration and the University with which the college is affiliated. This makes the selection process all the more competitive and proper to all the applicants.
