College of Nursing, Kamineni Institute of Medical Sciences, Narketpally has been set up in 2004 in the state of Telangana, India and is one of the pioneers education furniture in region. This affiliated college recognised by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) was established to offer quality nursing education for females only.

The institute is fully accredited and located on an 800-acre land and the 374 students enrolled in the institute benefit from a variety of nursing programmes. The institute offers seven full-time courses – all at three levels of degrees and has a total student capacity of 374. The first and the most popular programme, the B. Sc Nursing programme currently has an intake capacity of 100 students whereas each of the different specialities in the M. Sc Nursing programmes has the seats up to 5.

Further, the college has 15 academic seats for Post Basic Diploma in Operation Room Nursing. These diverse programmes offer adequate training in different modalities within nursing and guarantee students adequate corridor specialisation in the area of their choice.
