Arignar Anna Institute of Teacher Education has all facilities necessary for students that are supposed to improve the process of learning. To support understanding and theoretical concepts, the KAPI College of Education has several functional and well-equipped laboratories.
They comprise a psychology lab for the study of educational psychology, a language lab for acquiring interpersonal skills, a computer lab for utilising computers in the learning process, an educational technology (ET) lab to get acquainted with the newly available teaching aids, and a physical science as well as a bio-science lab for practical exercises related to the subjects.
KAPI College of Education has only one course that is offered as a full-time regular course – the Bachelors in Education . The above-focused approach enables the college to channel all its resource mobilisation into delivering quality teacher education. The sanctioned intake for the B. Ed programme is 100, which is also the strength of the institute taking admission in this programme.
