Karunya College of Education is a reputed B. Ed. college started in the year 2004 in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Located in Gollalapalem village, it offers co-educational education to mould the future-ready future teachers. Accredited by NCTE and affiliated with TNPR University, Karunya College of Education makes it possible to offer quality education in a 1-acre of land space.

The college has a student enrolment of 108 and 8 faculty members that have ensured a personalised environment where students interested in teaching are groomed. Karunya College of Education, Visakhapatnam is affiliated with the college Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. The college has facilities that provide a real boost to the college education experiences of the students.

It provides a knowledge centre, also popularly known as the library, which contains a vast source of information for research and studies. Sports facilities are a vision of a healthy body and strong team concepts among the students of the college.

An auditorium is useful for occasions and workshops where the character and mental development of a person, as well as different cultural activities, can be supported and developed. This programme is a two-year programme, and the college has an intake capacity of one hundred students for the programme, which thus ensures that the college maintains the right student-teacher ratio to enhance learning for the students. B. Ed. course has been prepared to impart necessary skills and adequate knowledge to turn the kids into potential teachers of today’s multifaceted teaching world.
