Keonjhar School of Engineering (KSE) It was established in 2009 and is situated in Keonjhar Odisha. This institution has been approved by AICTE offering Courses in various fields of Engineering and Technology. It is a small scale private university spread in an area of 5. 02 acres and covers its 297 registered students.
The college has a rich team of faculty consisting of 43 members; therefore, the student-teacher ratio is relatively low. As it is now, KSE has five diploma programmes and all of them are full-time courses; the field of engineering is provides courses in offers a range of engineering disciplines to meet market needs.
Such achievements stem from the centre’s realisation of boasting a vast array of resources that makes the general learning experience better. To accommodate Students, there are separate hostels for boys and girls so that they are able to get comfortable accommodation away from home. The college library doubles as an information center providing several resources required in the college education process.
Health conscience revelers have continued to have access to KSE’s best equipped gym. The campus also boasts of composite and professional teaching laboratories peculiar to respective departments, facilitating practical experiences. Information technology is important, and the college has installed and offers round the clock internet to its computer laboratories.
Other facilities provided include barbeque area, play grounds, indoor sports, seminar hall, cafeteria, and health care with first aid. The diploma programs offered by KSE concern engineering only and in total there are five of them. These full time ones take three years per course and focuses on some of the major engineering branches.
The college medium of instruction is English and it offers 11 programmes with interact of the college to a dle of 390 seats. These diploma courses include Civil Engineering with 60 intakes, Electrical Engineering with 90 intakes Mechanical Engineering with 120 intakes, Metallurgical Engineering with 60 intakes and Mining Engineering with 60 intakes.
