The proposed college is the KK Wagh College of Agricultural Biotechnology, Nashik, Maharashtra, an affiliated college started in 2008. Located on a vast area of 29 acres, the institute offers postgraduate and Doctorate level programmes in Agricultural Biotechnology. The total number of students enrolled in the college is 308 and the faculty members of this college are 16 which makes it a focused college.
