Ed: Degree—this is the flagship course carried on in the KLE Society's College of Education, Nipani. It is a two-year full-time program that prepares students for a career in teaching. Courses is classified into two segments: Government Quota: 50 candidates will be admitted through the centralized admission cell of the Government of Karnataka after following the process of selecting candidates through merit-cum-roster ensuring quasi-judicial selection. Management Quota: The remaining 50 candidates will be selected by the K. L. E.
Society's Board of Management, which serves to select candidates based on its criteria prevailing at the time—a blend of academic records, interviews, and any other factors thought relevant. Candidates who are applying for the B. Ed. Degree must possess a graduate degree or equivalent qualification from a parent university recognized by the commission.
