The KMCH College of Occupational Therapy at Coimbatore was started in the year 1995 with an objective to foster the trained occupational therapists. A affiliated college located in the beautiful city of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, this institution occupies a 2 acre land that creates the right atmosphere for learning.

The college has a total of 217 students and staff strength of 32 which gives students an intimate environment to learn in. The college has, therefore, developed various facilities that can be adopted to improve on the college’s teaching facilities. This is a corporal giant for academic resources with over two thousand titles and four thousand volumes dealing with physiotherapy and allied health sciences.

It also contains link to both the online ISSN and the PM&R Digital Journal Collection which offers access to online journals and other digital repository in the field of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. In line with its pragmatic tone, the college boasts of a professed laboratory facility accented for the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

These labs play a significant role in preparing the students the principles of basic sciences and occupational therapy, real life practice scenarios. KMCH College of Occupational Therapy has a total of four credit courses and all are full time. The Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT) facility is recognized undergraduate for which students are admitted each year up to a total of fifty.

At the postgraduate level, the college offers three specialized Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) programs: MOT Neurology; MOT Paediatrics; MOT Psychiatry each of which takes two academic years to complete. KMCH College of Occupational Therapy has a fair admission policy meant to enroll qualified and qualified students who have passion in the course of occupational therapy.
