Krishnasamy Institute of Post-Graduate Studies was started in the year 2002 and it became an affiliated college in Cuddalore district of Tamil Nadu. This is a co-educational institution with a recognition from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) to produce quality techno technicians.

Located in Kumarapuram, Nellikuppam Main Road, the institute offers a specialised curriculum while simultaneously providing only one postgraduate course. The faculty consists of 9 members, and the institute wants to prepare its students for career advancement by offering them proper individual attention. Krishnasamy Institute of Post Graduate Studies, Cuddalore is affiliated with the college Anna University, Chennai.
