LAKSHAY COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, PANIPAT, established in the year 2007, is one of its affiliated colleges. This college, located in Vill-Naultha, Gohana Road, Panipat, Haryana, aims at training teachers. The institution has been accredited by the National Council for Teacher Education, and hence it follows national standards in teacher training.

The campus has a congenial atmosphere on 7 acres of land with a perfect environment for learning and professional development. It has a total enrolment of 233 students with a faculty strength of 22, thus maintaining a very favourable student-teacher ratio that paves the way for personalised attention and quality education.

It provides many facilities in order to enrich the learning experience and development of the students at large. The library acts like a hub of knowledge, opening doors for access to many educational resources. For this purpose, LCOE provides practical learning on different departmental requirements with well-equipped laboratories.

The institute also takes care of physical fitness within the campus by offering sports and a gymnasium to promote healthy lifestyles for the students. There is also an auditorium serving multiple events and seminars that are a regular part of the students' academic life with the motive of fostering intellectual debate and cultural activities.

Adequate facilities, such as a health centre with first-aid facilities on campus, ensure the well-being of the community. Modern IT infrastructure to help in digital learning, along with a cafeteria with guest rooms, adds to the comfort of students and visitors. Lakshay College of Education is running only one full-time course, namely the B. Ed. programme.

The approved intake of 50 students reflects the commitment toward quality in teacher education. The B. Ed. course was designed to convert the aspiring educator into a professional, equipping them with knowledge, skills, and values related to effective teaching in modern classrooms. Admissions to Lakshay College of Education are as prescribed by the state government, U. T. Administration, and affiliated university.

According to the current policy, all the admissions are made on a merit basis, considering marks obtained in the qualifying examination and entrance examination. The college may also adopt any other selection process, if any, prescribed by the prevailing policies.
