LAKSHAY COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, PANIPAT, established in the year 2007, is one of its affiliated colleges. This college, located in Vill-Naultha, Gohana Road, Panipat, Haryana, aims at training teachers. The institution has been accredited by the National Council for Teacher Education, and hence it follows national standards in teacher training.

For this purpose, LCOE provides practical learning on different departmental requirements with well-equipped laboratories.

Admissions to Lakshay College of Education are as prescribed by the state government, U. T. Administration, and affiliated university.
According to the current policy, all the admissions are made on a merit basis, considering marks obtained in the qualifying examination and entrance examination. The college may also adopt any other selection process, if any, prescribed by the prevailing policies.
