The Late Bhaiyasaheb Ghorpade Institute of Physiotherapy, Satara, is one of the newly emerged organisational goals among the goals of setting up an institute in 2021. Plot no. 16, amar sewa nagar malwadi, post-masur, tal-karad, district: Satara, state: Maharashtra, this institute is to impart quality education in the stream of physiotherapy.

When it is an affiliated college, it functions under the supervision of a larger educational institution, hence strict compliance with standard education practices. Indeed, the library is very important as a source of knowledge, or rather, a lot of books and literature that a student in physiotherapy could ever get.

Besides theoretical teaching, the college provides students with well-equipped laboratories for practical and professional experience crucial for youth’s future activity. It also has a good hardware system, especially for computers, and its communication network makes students feel connected and also has a view of the other knowledge resources in the institute.

Recognising the fact that student health is an important aspect, the college has a health centre complete with first aid amenities to cater to the needs of any student needing first aid at any one time. The Late Bhaiyasaheb Ghorpade Institute of Physiotherapy, at present, recognises only one main course—the Bachelor of Physiotherapy ( BPT ).

This is a full-course programme that takes four years to complete and affords students a comprehensive education in physiotherapy. The institute currently has an approved capacity of 60 for this course, which gives many opportunities for physical therapist aspirants.
