Late Pandurang Patil Nursing College was established in the year 2006. It is one of the premier constituent colleges providing nursing education within the state of Maharashtra. The university is affiliated with MUHS Nashik . The affiliated college is situated at State Highway 197, Barsi Takli Road, Kanheri Sarap, Akola in a campus occupying 3 acres. The institute is approved by the Indian Nursing Council.

It undertakes various types of courses in nursing at different levels of health care education. With a total strength of 146 students and 16 faculty members, the institution caters to personal attention and quality education that healthcare aspirants give.
