LNM College of Higher Education was established in the year 2016 as an affiliated college of Lodipur, Patna, Bihar. It is a co-educational institution with a campus area of 10. 67 acres and has the prime mission of providing quality education in the field of Teacher Training. The College has two full-time courses with an approved enrolment of 200 students by NCTE.

Presently, it has an enrolment of 67 students who benefit from the services of a faculty of 35 members, ensuring a favourable student-teacher ratio and personalised attention. Facilities provided in the college are numerous and intended to enrich the ambience of learning.

A well-stocked library serves as an information centre, while the infrastructure in IT helps students stay updated about changes in technology connected with learning. The campus also houses an auditorium for events and seminars, which acts as a boost to the academic atmosphere. Departmental laboratories are present where hands-on experience can be gained to support theoretical knowledge.

For student welfare, amenities include a cafeteria, parking facility, sports, and a health centre with first-aid facilities. The institution offers two major programmes: Bachelor of Education (B.

Ed) and Diploma in Elementary Education (D. El. Ed). Both programmes are full-time and two-year courses. B. Ed is meant for the aspiring teachers of secondary school level. Ed. programme shall be awarded based on merit in the qualifying examination or through a selection process as per state government and university guidelines. Similarly, in the case of D. El.

Ed course, admission shall be made based on the merit of qualifying examination or entrance examination as per the State Government/UT Administration.
