Madhu College of Elementary Education was launched in the year 2005. It is one of the premier institutions in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The institute is an affiliated college sprawling over 5 acres in the beautiful J. V. Palem along Saitharupeta Road in Yellamanchili. This NCTE-approved institute specialises in elementary education with a D. El. Ed. programme .
With an enrolment of 194 students and 15 faculty members, Madhu College ensures that future teachers study in a focused environment. Madhu College of Elementary Education has a number of facilities which enhance the learning experience of its students. There are labs, based on the various departments of the institute, in which students are given practical knowledge with theoretical knowledge.

Madhu College of Elementary Education offers only one full-time course at the undergraduate level, namely the Diploma in Elementary Education (D. El. Ed).
