Mahamaya Institute of Information Technology, Auraiya (MIIT) is an emerging name in the youngest generation of colleges which was founded in the year of 2015. This affiliated college is situated in Dibiyapur, Auraiya district of Uttar Pradesh. ; it has established itself in the field of technical education at a very fast pace.

Situated over a mini-area of one acre, MIIT is the right place to deliver education to the 344 total enrolment. The AICTE of India has granted recognition to the institute, which standardises what the institute performs.

MIIT currently provides three diploma programmes: Chemical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology and Plastic and Mould Technology, with all programmes provided and operated on a full-time basis to meet the growing demand across the industry. At present, MIIT follows three full-time diploma programmes For all three years of full-time diploma programmes, the institute follows its own syllabus.

Some of them are Diploma in Chemical Engineering, diplomas in Electrical engineering, and diplomas in Plastic and Mould Technology. Every course has an approved admission capacity of 54 learners, meaning that the total number of learners recruited in all programmes reaches 162.

This strategy enables MIIT to keep a small student-to-faculty ratio with two faculty members assigned to teach, advise and attend to students.
