Spread over an area of 5. 18 acres, this Bardhaman-based co-ed institute has NAAC accreditation and is a constituent college. At present, there are 4,169 students enrolled and 63 teaching faculty members in the college offering a total of 43 courses in 4 degrees.
The students' needs are supplemented by a good number of facilities in the college. The three well-furnished girls' hostels accommodate more than 370 students, allotting first priorities to physically challenged and honours course students. The library started with a meager collection of 788 books and has since developed manifold.
The sports-minded can start availing of the recently set-up badminton court, and shortly a volleyball court can also be available. It also boasts of its IT infrastructure, canteen, auditorium, and multi-gym. Well-equipped departmental laboratories are present for promoting academic pursuits. MUC Women's College offers courses from the undergraduate to postgraduate levels in various disciplines.
