Maharana Partap College of Education, Mahendergarh was established in the year 2006; it is one of the foremost educational institutions in Haryana, India. This affiliated college got its approval from the National Council of Teacher Education, which takes care of the quality standards regarding the teacher education curriculum.

The college offers one of the major courses, B. Ed, which has a sanctioned intake of 100 seats, and D. El. Ed has 50 seats. The total strength of B. P.

Ed is made on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination and/or Entrance Examination as per policy of the State Government and the University. The students are admitted to M. Ed. by the Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak on a centralized basis as per the counseling done. The admission procedure of D. El. Ed shall conform to SCERT.

The mode of selection shall be a composite function of a written test, fitness test, interview, and percentage in the qualifying examination for M. P. Ed.
