Mahrishi College of Pharmacy, Kaushambi

Mahrishi College of Pharmacy, which was set up in 2018, is a budding pharmacy college in Kaushambi, Uttar Pradesh, that focuses on providing education in the sphere of pharmacology.

Located in Parsara, Bharwari, this is an affiliated college that is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), which ensures that the education standard of the college in the field of pharmacy meets the national standard. Mahrishi College of Pharmacy has established various facilities to improve the learning experience for the students.

The campus has a large number of pratical laboratories for different branches of pharmacy, which play a vital role in pharmaceutical practice. A library is a core information centre that provides rapid access to current information and projects. A study environment is ideal.

The college also has an assembly hall for meetings and other functions, a canteen to provide for the students’ needs midmorning and midafternoon, and a clinic where first aid is administered. The institution also offers transport facilities, with 30 buses working for the different areas of the city, and the students have sufficient parking space on the premises.

For the purpose of the developmental paradigm, the college retains a big sports field area and keeps alumni associations active. At present, Mahrishi College of Pharmacy is offering only one full-time course named Diploma in Pharmacy, also known as D. Pharma. This has an approved enrolment of 60 students for two years, in line with the college’s policy of promoting the student/faculty ratio to enhance personal touch.
