Mai Khadija Institute of Nursing Sciences, Jodhpur, was founded in 2009 and is one of the premier Nursing Institute in the Rajasthan state of India. This co-educational institute, at present located on a 5-acre campus, is an affiliated college having the approval of INC. Standalone nurse training is proposed with 3 degree courses and 7 specialisations with a total student enrolment of 280.

The institute has a faculty team of 21 committed educators to provide a healthy teacher-student ratio for the students. From the institute’s offering, it is clear that the institute is committed to offering nursing education from the diploma level to postgraduate level. Mai Khadija Institute of Nursing Sciences is affiliated with Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUSH), Jaipur .

The institute also has several up-to-date infrastructures that are intended to support the learning activities of the institute’s learners. The centre of these facilities is a modern, equipped library with a large stock of textbooks and different kinds of references and journals. Some of the primary practical learning facilities are incorporating Fundamental Nursing Lab at the college where progressive facilities with a technologically advanced method of training are provided with innovative teaching methods.

This kind of laboratory has nurses’ patient simulators, cardiopulmonary resuscitation mannequins and life form hand simulations enabling the students to practice nursing of patients before reaching health facilities. Mai Khadija Institute of Nursing Sciences has a total of 7 courses combined available for different level nursing programmes. Some of these are the full-time courses, including GNM , B. Sc.
