These are pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical chemistry and pharmacognosy, pharmacy practice, and physiology & pharmacology equipped with ultramodern apparel for practical sessions. It has also well-kept IT facilities, which include a computer laboratory with twenty computers in the library so that the students may be up to date with technology endeavours in the college.
But for the comprehensive growth of the students, the institute provides sports precautions and an auditorium for functions and workshops. There is also a health centre with a first aid facility on the campus, considering the welfare of the students. At present, Major S. D. S. College of Pharmacy provides education in Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharma) with a strength of 60 students.
This programme may be completed in two years and will equip the student’s with the knowledge and skills that will enable them to offer their services in the pharmaceutical sectors within the health sector.
