Mandosil Degree College, Mandosil

It was established in 1994 as an affiliated college and is situated at Mandosil, Bargarh District of Odisha. It is a university located in a rural area, thus providing a quite atmosphere for the benefit of students. The college occupies a piece of land measuring 3 acres, a measure that offers enough space to accommodate the institutions infrastructure as well as expansion in the future.

The college has a total of 249 students and bears a faculty of 11 members which overwhelmingly indicates that there is a healthy student teacher ration at Mandosil Degree College and hence the students are given proper individual attention while imparting education to them.

IUP provides practical learning through a functional laboratory equipped with 16 computers that caters to different teaching and learning requirements involving computing and media services. At present, Mandosil Degree College provides a total of five Under graduate courses , which are all full time and awarded a ‘Bachelor of Arts’ degree.

These courses take a duration of three years for each, making a student to have a depth knowledge in the respective fields. The college offers academic facilities in BA Honours in Odia, English, History, Political Science, Education.
