Marathwada College of Education, Aurangabad, was established in the year 1970. It is one of the important institutions in the area of teacher education located in Rouza Bagh, Aurangabad, Maharashtra. It is affiliated with the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), and the courses are approved for teacher education. It is a co-educational college.

The college is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). Spread over a 5-acre campus, the institute offers 2 degree programs and has an enrolment capacity of 532 students in total. Marathwada College of Education is affiliated to the college Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad.

It is entirely devoted to teacher education and confers specialised training in this field.
