MBSP Mandal's Arts and Commerce College, Satara

This paper attempts to present an overview of MBSP Mandal’s Arts and Commerce College, Mayani, a co-educational institution that started in 1991 and is located in Mayani in the Maharashtra province of India. This college is situated in a small area of 5 acres and provides a limited number of undergraduate programmes in arts, commerce and science streams.

The college has enrolled 375 students and 15 faculty members that ensure the institution offers an appropriate student-teacher ratio that facilitates learning. The institution, while modest in size, is committed to providing quality education in its two primary streams: These include the Bachelor of Arts, abbreviated as BA and the Bachelor of Science, abbreviated as B. Sc.

Mandal’s Arts and Commerce College has some of the basic amenities to facilitate academics as a college of learning. The highlight of this institution is the library, where students get hard copy documents and other study materials as well as reference books.

With a view to the fact that most colleges have adopted the policy of practical learning, the college has put in place departmental laboratories especially for the science students with a B. Sc. bias. As needed for modern education, MBSP Mandal’s Arts and Commerce College Bahadurgarh has installed IT tools and resources, Where students can get access to technological resources.

These are, of course, rudimentary; however, these help to aid academics among the students. The MBSP Mandal’s Arts and Commerce College has a total of two full-time courses, which are each three years in duration. The general passing-out programmes BA and B. Sc. hearken back to the student’s intellectual specialities in humanity, science, and commerce, respectively.

Based on the material presented in the sources, it is impossible to consider certain details concerning specialisations within these programmes; however, the very structure of the college seems to pay much emphasis on building the groundwork in these major classifications of disciplines.

The admission procedure at MBSP Mandal's Arts and Commerce College, Mayani, considers selection through academic merit or individually set criteria by the college itself.
