Meenakshi B. ED. College was set up in the year 2007 at Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, and offers teacher training courses for the aspirants. As a co-educational college affiliated with the local university, it focuses on offering teaching quality education to students. Recognised by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Meenakshi B. Ed.
College is now recognised as a reputed institution for teacher training colleges. The college comes up with a total student enrolment of 200 students and a beautiful college campus located at Mangarai Pirivu, M. Ammapatti Post, where students can effectively learn. The college has many versatile facilities that are intended to enrich the college education of learners.

The campus includes the latest information processing technology standards to let students update themselves on the modern trends in the learning process. For the integrated development, the college has very good sports amenities, which enhance the side of games and academics.
The Student Health Centre is equipped with first aid facilities to effectively protect the health of students. Our college also has an event and seminar facility in the form of an auditorium to enhance the college. As of now, Meenakshi B. Ed. College only provides one core course, the Bachelor of Education ( B. Ed. ) course.
This is a two-year full course whose aim is to prepare students to teach effectively when they complete their studies. There is an approved capacity of intake of one hundred students in this programme, which is also a proof of the college’s willingness to uphold quality standards in its programmes through vacating appropriate capacities for class size. Admission policy of Meenakshi B. Ed.
College also follows merit basis as per the norms of the state government and the university with which the college is affiliated.
