Meerut Institute of Special Education, Meerut (MISE), is a relatively young university where education started in 2016. Being an affiliated college, this institution is located in Ganga Nagar, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh and aims to offer specialised education. The institute is placed in a compact area and has an area size of 0. 2471 acres, securing a compact campus for the students.

MISE at present is a small institute having 11 students under its roof and has 4 hardworking teachers. MISE is affiliated with Chaudhary Charan Singh University (CCSU), Meerut, which is a prominent public university in Uttar Pradesh. The affiliation ensures that the courses offered by MISE are recognised and meet the academic standards set by the university.

Meerut Institute of Special Education is equipped with a good library and a seating capacity that would ensure that the students have a comfortable area to carry out their studies. For those who like physical activities, there is an option for several sports that allow all students to have the possibility to reach a balance between work and sport.

The college also has an auditorium that is used in conducting different events, seminars hence enhancing the life within the college. For practical assessment, MISE has organised departmental workshops that afford students the practical experience relevant to their disciplines.

Ed programme has an intake capacity of 3,0, and the D. Ed programme has an intake capacity of 35 students for every year of the academic schedule.
