Affiliated college Millennium College of Pharmacy was established in the year 2004 situated in Nathu Barkheda Road Near Neelbad Chouraha Bhopal Madhya Pradesh. This co-educational PCI approved institution offers various pharmacy courses for students. The college is spread over 1. 25 acre and offers total enrollment to 562 students and having 42 members in faculties.
Millennium College of Pharmacy offers six courses in three degree programmes in pharmaceutical sciences and the areas of specialisation offered include Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance. Millennium College of Pharmacy boasts of a variety of amenities with the aim of supporting learning for its learners.
Campus resources include well equipped laboratories with modern day instruments such as HPLC, UV/ Visible, PCR, and IR, as per AICTE & PCI norms. It plays an informational awareness by availing more than a quarter of a million books, magazines, national and international journals.
Books and other relevant reading materials For the students who have challenged disabilities, the college has hostels for the male and female students separately so as to provide comfort with all the necessities available for use. It also has well equipped computer laboratories with updated internet allowance so as to expose the students to modern technological demands witnessed in the subject field.
In total Millennium College of Pharmacy has 6 courses all of which are full time. They include one under graduate programme known as B. Pharma; one diploma programme known as D. Pharma ; and four post graduate programme namely M. Pharma with different specifications. The approved intake for all courses are 220 students per year.
The admission process is always different for various programmes offered at Millennium College of Pharmacy. For B. Pharma, intakes are both merit on the basis of Pre-Pharmacy Entrance Test (PEPT) conducted by Professional Examination Board (VYAPAM) of Madhya Pradesh, and by Own Counselling from 10+2 Marks. For the D. Pharma the process is same, but the second year of the B.
Pharma is open to students who have passed diploma in pharmacy with 60% marks.
