MJ College of Pharmacy, Bhilai, was founded in the year 2017 and therefore is a relatively young college in the field of pharmaceutical education. This co-educational college is located at Kohka, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh and is an affiliated one. There is a focused learning environment available for the aspiring pharmacists within this 1 acres campus.

This college has been recognised by well-known organisations such as All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), thus making sure that the standards of quality education are always maintained. At present, 165 students are enroled with a faculty strength of 12, thereby resulting in an ideal pupil-teacher ratio that helps assure individual attention and guidance.

MJ College of Pharmacy has several facilities that are oriented towards aiding education for its students. There is a well-stocked library that provides students with a knowledge centre and aids in the collection of necessary materials for their academic interests. Modern laboratories are set up, especially with advanced instruments in hands-on training within the pharmaceutical sciences.

Specialised labs include Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, and Pharmacognosy. The college also provides IT infrastructure to update students regarding the technologies in the field. For the overall development of students, MJ College of Pharmacy provides sports facilities and a gym to keep them physically fit and healthy to pursue their academics further.

The undergraduate course, Bachelor of Pharmacy , is a four-year programme with 100 approved seats. There is a two-year programme in Diploma of Pharmacy with 40 seats for those seeking a diploma. These programmes are, therefore, designed to equip students with wide-based knowledge and professional skills in pharmaceutical sciences and polish the skills required for successful careers in the industry.

The total intake of students in both the programmes is 140.
