Mohammadiya Institute of Pharmacy, Barugudem come into existence three years after the passing of century dot com in 2007 is one of the renowned institute in the field of pharmacy education in the state of Telangana India. This affiliated college is located in Khammam District and it has got PCI approval, which is the parameter to yield high standard of education in the field of pharmacy.

Located on two-acre campus it has been offering a number of pharmaceutical programmes for its 105 students. IIT Gandhinagar has the total faculty of 40 members and thus provides better student-teacher ratio which helps the students to get quality education. There exists various enhanced structures in the institute to enable maximum delivery of learning to the students.

Separately, a well-stocked library is set up as knowledge center with numerous books, national and international journals and digital segment for e- books and e- journals. The facility of computer lab provided with P-IV computers and broad band internet connection keeps the students up dated on modern technology.

As for the research, college has equipped the practical laboratories and a central instrumentation for the research facilities to enhance the learning experiences and pillars for future researcher. It also looks to the health of its student population, providing different hostels for the boys and girls respectively, a Health Center, First-Aid facility and Gym for that fitness.

For the purpose of leisure, basic sports amenities available are football field; basketball court; lawn tennis and badminton courts; and cricket ground. Mohammadiya Institute of Pharmacy provides almost all kinds of pharmaceutical courses which include undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

The institute offers six full time courses under three degrees premium programmes The Head of the Institute will be appointed soon. These are the four year’s Bachelor of Pharmacy ( B. Pharma ), the six years Doctor of Pharmacy ( Pharm. D ) and the four two years Master of Pharmacy ( M. Pharma ) with four specialisations.

With a total capacity of 190 students for all the programmes offered it make sure that the quality education is provided. The flagship course of B. Pharma holds the largest number of seats equal to 100 as the institute is dedicated to producing the future pharmacists.

The following is the steps followed for admission in Mohammadiya Institute of Pharmacy in order to forward the admission process of selecting the deserving candidates. The course for B. Pharma is offered and admission to this course is through the Telangana State Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test ( TS EAMCET ) held every year by the state.

The candidates who are meeting the qualifying criteria are offered places depending on their scores. The institute also considers score obtained in other related entrance exams for various courses offered in the institute.
