Mother Krishna Bai College of Nursing Musheerabad was started in 1992 and is one of the leading colleges of Nursing in Hyderabad – Telangana. Since 1986, this affiliated college has taken a leading role in all across the nursing education as per the Indian Nursing Council (INC).

The college is located on a small plot of about 1 acre which ensures that the college provides a conducive environment to teach healthcare career seekers. The students’ turnout is 187 and the faculty has 35 members, which gives the institute a good students-to-faculty ratio implying that the students get personal attention which ensures quality education.

We have a set of effectively equipped schools for fulfilling our educational activity in the frame of the college. Availability of a health center with first aid amenities and a miniature operating theater assists the learners. The college own a 150 bed hospital that exposes the students to actual emulation of various health scenarios.

The digital library supports a research and learning character, and the advanced IT provisions help learners remain up to date with the technical progress of healthcare disciplines. For extracurricular activities and among other academic events, the college offers an auditorium. Internet connection throughout the campus ensures easy access to different types of resources through the WI-FI connection.

For female students there are many hostel facilities on the campus, from where they can get a safe and sound accommodation facility. Also, the college has specialized laboratory for each department enabling students to practice clinical practical lessons. The Mother Krishna Bai College of Nursing has a complete spectrum of courses to cater each level of education in nursing.

The institute offers 5 full time programmes: The B. Sc Nursing with 50 intake capacity forms the base for the graduate programmes of the college and the second one is the GNM course which has sixty seats. At post graduate level the college offers M. Sc programmes for Medical–Surgical Nursing and for Obstetrics and Gynecological Nursing which offers 5 seats so that the students can specialise in that particular field.

Mother Krishna Bai College of Nursing has the privilege of selecting students on merit basis since it offers different programmes I the field of nursing. This approach is used for all the courses in the institute’s offer – B. Sc Nursing, GNM, and various M. Sc courses as well.
