MR DAV College of Education, Rohtak, was set up in 2006 as one of the premier teacher-training institutes in Haryana, India. This is a co-educational college, 5 km off Sonepat Road, and it is an affiliated institution to the National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi. On its 3-acre campus, the institution offers a wide range of education programmes, B. Ed, M. Ed, D. El. Ed, and special education courses.

Special Education course is based on the merit of an online entrance examination conducted by the Rehabilitation Council of India at the all-India level.
