Nabakrushna Choudhury Centre for Development Studies (NCDS) at Bhubaneswar is a world-class research center committed to social science research with specialisation in Development Studies. programme in Development Studies with the aim of creating higher-order research and academic capacity. For Ph. D. course, NCDS's flagship course, candidates would generally be expected to have a master's degree in an allied discipline. NCDS admission procedure may include the screening of an entrance test and/or submission of a research proposal, subject to the requirement of the programme.

NCDS Application Process As per the general procedure of Ph. D. admissions, NCDS would adhere to the following process: NCDS would place Ph. D. admissions on the website and academic forums.
