National College of Arts and Science, Kozhikode

National College of Arts and Science, Nadapuram, the affiliated college was started in the year 2005 which is situated at Kozhikode, Kerala. Located on a 10 acre plot of land this college provides a wide array of undergraduate and post graduate courses. All in all, the college boasts of 659 students and 32 faculty members which enable the college to create a favourable environment for academic success.

The institute provides 10 course in seven courses leading to degrees in Commerce, Computer Applications, Business Administration, English, Economics, Physics and Biochemistry. National College of Arts and Science has many a facility to facilitate the comfort and improvement of the student enablement.

As the central academic facility, there is the library, sectional libraries are organized by the department heads to avail materials by specialty. To support practical learning, the college has gotten departmental laboratories. The campus has an event and seminar facility – an auditorium to enhance academic activities in the campus.

Students may eat at the facilities cafeteria and the IT services provide them with the IAMGE they need in this technological age. For the course those who are interested in fitness, the college has a gym and numerous types of sports’ equipment. The institution too has a health center with first aid equipment to show the importance of student’s health.

To maintain the alumni base intact the college has developed a strong alumni relations section. National College of Arts and Science in total provides 10 courses , with all of them being full time. These include normal courses that are offered at the under graduate as well as post graduate level for various specializations.

The admission procedure of National College of Arts and Science College is eased professionally but with proper standards. According to category wise distribution most of the Under Graduate programmes are under the Management retention category which accounts 50% of the seats and the remaining 50% are under general merit.
