NID Haryana offers scholarships, grants and awards to the students from meritorious and economically weaker backgrounds. National Institute of Design Haryana scholarships are awarded to the students with a purpose to celebrate the candidate's excellence in academics as well provided with an aim that the student does not leave his/her education, due to lack of financial support.

Students with good merit score and low family income are eligible for the NID Haryana scholarships . The amount of National Institute of Design Haryana Kurukshetra scholarship varies according to the eligibility criteria. The scholarships at NID Haryana is awarded to meritorious students enrolled and the high ranking candidates in the NID DAT exams admitted in the university. 30,000 To the student who has scored within top 25% ranks in the whole batch of foundation year 3rd Year Scholarship for the Topper of the Year of Each Discipline Rs.

50,000 for each student Awarded to one student of each discipline of communication design, industrial design and textile and apparel design Should have scored highest AGPA in 2nd year Should have scored AGPA >8 in 2nd year Should have passed all courses in 1st attempt or 2nd attempt with a valid reason. Merit cum Means Scholarship Grant in 3rd Year Rs.

30,000 To the student who has scored within top 25% ranks in the whole batch of 2nd year Maximum Improvement Award for 3rd Year Rs. 30,000 To the student who has maximum improvement in AGPA in 2nd year compared to AGPA of previous year 4th Year Topper of the Year of Each Discipline Rs.
