Orange City College of Social Work, Nagpur, founded in 1999, provides social work education in Maharashtra. The affiliated college is located on Plot No. 8 of Smruti Nagar, IInd Railway Crossing, Koradi Road, Nagpur, on a compact 0. 5-acre campus. Accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), it assures good quality education.
The college has a total capacity enrolment of 216 students with 9 teaching faculties to deliver 3 programmes to the students at various academic levels of education. BSW programme is a vigorous three-year course devoted to laying a great base for aspired social workers. The two-year MSW programme caters to those who want advanced knowledge and skills in order to become specialised in the field of study. In addition, a Ph. D. programme in Social Work is available for those interested in pursuing a deep understanding of this area of study and making further contributions to it.
