Papni School of Architecture, Kancheepuram

Papni School of Architecture is an architectural institute located in Kancheepuram, Tamil Nadu, which came into existence in 2018. This affiliated college is in Keeranallur village of Sriperumbudhur Taluk of Kancheepuram District, Tamil Nadu; it functions under the supervision of the Council of Architecture.

The institute is situated on a small area of 3 acres, making it a congenial atmosphere for the students from the field of architecture. Having a limited number of faculty members at 16, the Papni School of Architecture is tuned to provide specific education in the field of architecture. Any aspiring candidate must have passed a 10+2 examination with mathematics as one of the subjects and must have an aggregate of at least 50% marks. Candidates possessing 10 + 3 diplomas (in any field) recognised by central or state governments and having 50% of the aggregate marks may also apply.

Another important part of procedures is the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA), organised by the Council of Architecture New Delhi. It goes without saying that all applicants have to pass this test of aptitude for architectural studies.
