Patel College of Education Bhopal was started in 2005; it is one of the leading institute to build the future of education. This college for both boys and girls is permanently affiliated to Rajiv GandhiProvisional University, Bhopal and is recognised by National council for teacher education (NCTE). Patel College of Education thus offers a centered learning environment with taking in of 100 students as a batch.

This gives impetus to enable the college to effectively implement quality education through its highly specialised and unique B. ED programme. It has available resources helpful in enhancing students learning experiences among which are the college facilities. The posh library facilitates students with lots of gathering of knowledge as it contains all different types of resources for them.
