Pillai HOC College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Raigade, was established in the year 2008 as an affiliated college in Rasayani, Maharashtra. It is an NAAC-accredited institute that offers quite a varied range of programmes across the entire palette of arts, science, and commerce.

Situated on a sprawling 35-acre campus, the college prides itself on having a total enrolment of 1,649 students with a faculty strength of 53. Pillai HOC College offers 13 courses with 7 degree programmes attached to it, which are specialisations in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Studies, and Hospitality Studies.

The institute maintains a balanced gender ratio with 52% male and 48% female students at the undergraduate level. Sc in Computer Science, Bachelor of Management Studies ( BMS ) and B. Com. While the postgraduate courses offered are M. Com , M. Sc in Information Technology and M. Sc in Organic Chemistry.

The college has a total student intake of 1, 649, out of which 1, 635 students are studying in undergraduate programmes and 133 in postgraduate courses. Admissions for Pillai HOC College are mostly merit-based, with special eligibility criteria for specific courses. For B. Sc Computer Science, admission is based on aggregate marks in HSC or equivalent with an emphasis on science group subjects along with mathematics.

The BMS programme considers students from arts, commerce, and science streams and allots marks thus: Arts 25%, Commerce 45%, Science 25%, and Diploma in Engineering and Others 5%. Similarly, for the BMM programme, the weightage is Arts 50%, Commerce 25%, and Science 25%.
