Pillai HOC Institute of Management Studies and Research, PHIMSR, Khalapur was established in the year 2009. This affiliated college is situated in Raigad, Maharashtra. The AICTE-approved institution has its campus spread over 14 acres and offers postgraduate management programmes with a total enrolment of 151 students and a faculty strength of 15, maintaining a decent student-faculty ratio.

The institute offers two full-time postgraduate programmes: Master of Management Studies and Post Graduate Diploma in Management.
