Pithubar Girls Degree College, Khowang was established in the year 1989. This is one of the affiliated girls' colleges under the Assam region of India. The campus area of the institute covers a small portion of 4. 81 acres, and it provides education to 345 students with the support of 21 faculty members. It provides only one degree course and imparts quality education to the young girls of the locality.
