Located at Club Road, Jalpaiguri, Prasannadeb Women's College is an affiliated college and, since its very inception in 1950, has risen to be the first torch bearer of higher education to women in West Bengal. The college offers a wide spectrum of 17 courses under 4 degree programs with a total enrolment of 3,330 students and a faculty strength of 74. Core streams include mainly Arts and Sciences.
